Sessions Open 5 days a week, come to semi-private training session as often or as little as you want.

        What Is The BUILT Personal Training Membership?A personal training membership that is designed to help each athlete achieve their fitness potential with the guidance of a professional trainer. This membership includes 1-hour personalized training sessions tailored to the individual athlete’s fitness needs, whether they are looking to build strength, improve endurance and speed, or achieve another goal.

        What to Expect.The program will be open 5 days a week, Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 8:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 12:00pm with the option to come as often as you would like. Sign up or register for any open 1 hour training sessions on our mobile app like you would any other work out class. You will create a login after you have purchased the membership.
