Personal Training Monthly Membership

No matter what your main sport is, our BUILT speed & strength classes are for YOU! Led by one of the top Strength & Conditioning coaches in the Midwest, Shane Gomez.

Sessions Open 5 days a week, come to semi-private training session as often or as little as you want.

Located inside of DuPage Training Academy at 115 Alexandra Way, Carol Stream, IL

  • A personal training membership that is designed to help each athlete achieve their fitness potential with the guidance of a professional trainer. This membership includes 1-hour personalized training sessions tailored to the individual athlete’s fitness needs, whether they are looking to build strength, improve endurance and speed, or achieve another goal.

  • The program will be open 6 days a week, Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 8:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 12:00pm with the option to come as often as you would like.

    Sign up or register for any open 1 hour training sessions on our mobile app like you would any other work out class. You will create a login after you have purchased the membership.

After your free consultation, our staff will send you a follow-up email with a registration link to pay for your membership and instructions for app setup.

STEP 3: Download the MemberMe+ App

Download the MemberMe+ app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

STEP 4: Create Your Login & Connect Your Membership

Open the app, create your login, and connect your membership using the instructions from your email.

STEP 5: Schedule Your Training Sessions

Browse the in-app schedule, choose your preferred training times, and tap to reserve your session.
