Speed & Strength Training Summer Camps

For athletes entering 6th-8th grade our summer training camp focuses on SPEED development and non-weight related strength training.

For athletes entering 9th-12th grade our summer training camp focuses on POWER development through both weight training and speed training.

No matter what your main sport is, our summer speed & strength classes are for YOU! Led by one of the top Strength & Conditioning coaches in the Midwest, Shane Gomez.

Open 4 days a week, starting June 3rd, come as often or as little as you want. Learn more below:

Summer At THE BRICK HOUSE

  • What Is The 'Summer At The BRICK HOUSE Membership'?

    This summer, BUILT will be offering monthly memberships for:

    6th-8th grade: Speed & Agility classes

    Highschool: Speed & Strength

  • What to Expect.

    The program will be open 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) throughout June & July with the option to come as often as you would like.

    Sessions will be offered every hour from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday-Thursday.

    6th-8th grade: 9:00am-12:00pm (60 min sessions)

    Highschool: 1:00pm-4:00pm (60 min sessions)
